10月13日,集團公司(si)(si)組織召開營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)工作專項會議,進一步研判市場形勢,明確目(mu)標舉措,確保完成全年營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)任(ren)務。集團公司(si)(si)黨(dang)委書(shu)記、董事長李永迪,黨(dang)委副(fu)書(shu)記、副(fu)董事長、總經理(li)吳凱(kai)明作重要講話,公司(si)(si)領(ling)導熊(xiong)赟、劉(liu)武彥、肖志(zhi)宏、肖光文、胡昊璋(zhang)參加。

李永迪對(dui)當前市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)形勢進(jin)行(xing)研判(pan)分(fen)析(xi),要(yao)求(qiu)全(quan)體(ti)(ti)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)人員不(bu)斷增強危機(ji)感、緊迫感,并對(dui)下階段營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)四(si)點要(yao)求(qiu):一是(shi)(shi)重塑(su)(su)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)經營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)體(ti)(ti)系。要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),強化(hua)(hua)(hua)三個統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(即省內(nei)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一、省外(wai)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一、新業(ye)態統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一),不(bu)斷提(ti)高信(xin)息收集(ji)能(neng)力(li)、營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)談判(pan)能(neng)力(li)、風險防(fang)范能(neng)力(li),夯(hang)實市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)體(ti)(ti)系。二是(shi)(shi)重塑(su)(su)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)思路(lu)。要(yao)拓寬營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)思路(lu),強化(hua)(hua)(hua)行(xing)業(ye)對(dui)標學習(xi),針對(dui)不(bu)同類型項目(mu)具體(ti)(ti)分(fen)析(xi),提(ti)高精(jing)準營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)能(neng)力(li);要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)自身執行(xing)能(neng)力(li)與(yu)溝通協調能(neng)力(li),賦能(neng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)。三是(shi)(shi)重塑(su)(su)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)規劃。要(yao)加(jia)強對(dui)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)的統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)籌規劃,有效研判(pan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)形勢,提(ti)升市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)首位度和競爭力(li);要(yao)做好大客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)開(kai)發(fa)與(yu)維護工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),培育核(he)心大客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)群,并建立臺賬,仔細梳理現有客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)、潛在客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu);要(yao)加(jia)強市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)協同,聯合(he)內(nei)外(wai)部優勢單(dan)位,共同探索(suo)模式(shi)創(chuang)新,注(zhu)入發(fa)展新動能(neng)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)業(ye)績考核(he),發(fa)揮營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)激(ji)勵與(yu)懲罰機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)用,全(quan)面激(ji)發(fa)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)人員活力(li)和斗志;要(yao)全(quan)面落(luo)實“寬進(jin)寬出(chu)、寬進(jin)嚴留、寬上寬下”的用人機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。
吳凱明指出,要認(ren)真(zhen)總結當(dang)前營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)存(cun)在(zai)的問題與(yu)不足。一是(shi)錨定目(mu)(mu)標任務,壓實營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)責任。仔細梳理當(dang)前跟蹤(zong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、重(zhong)點(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),做(zuo)到有(you)的放矢、心(xin)中(zhong)有(you)數,提(ti)升營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)效(xiao)能,確保完(wan)成全(quan)年營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)任務。二是(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)問題短板,提(ti)升營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)能力。強化(hua)(hua)“全(quan)員營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,積極主(zhu)動(dong)深(shen)(shen)入(ru)市場,對(dui)接市場,做(zuo)好項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)風(feng)險(xian)評(ping)估,把好項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)“入(ru)口關”。三是(shi)強化(hua)(hua)責任擔(dan)當(dang),樹牢營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)觀念。完(wan)善市場營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)考核評(ping)價(jia)機制,實行以“結果論英(ying)雄、以業績(ji)為(wei)導向”的“狼”性文化(hua)(hua),激發團隊活(huo)力。四是(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),狠抓(zhua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實。深(shen)(shen)入(ru)研判市場形(xing)勢,織密織好核心(xin)區域營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)網絡;用好營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)投資“雙輪驅(qu)動(dong)”,強化(hua)(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)評(ping)估,有(you)效(xiao)防范風(feng)險(xian);以“在(zai)建(jian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)”為(wei)抓(zhua)手,不斷加大客(ke)戶對(dui)接力度,并解決項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實施過程中(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)的問題,切實提(ti)高客(ke)戶滿意度,促進(jin)二次營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、滾動(dong)營(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。
肖志(zhi)宏從“進行內(nei)部管控(kong)、做強省(sheng)(sheng)內(nei)市場、拓展(zhan)省(sheng)(sheng)外(wai)市場、發力專(zhuan)業板塊(kuai)”等四(si)個方面就下階(jie)段營銷工作(zuo)進行全(quan)面部署(shu)。
